Questions guests ask before they arrive.
- What does a private concierge in Punta Cana actually do?
- We plan and book the parts of a stay that take time to arrange well: airport transfers, private boats, chefs and staff for your villa, restaurant and beach club tables, and celebrations. We handle it before you arrive and throughout your stay, so nothing is left to organise on the day.
- Which areas do you cover?
- Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Bavaro and Uvero Alto, with day trips to Saona and Catalina islands. If you are staying further along the coast, ask: it is often possible.
- How far ahead should we get in touch?
- As soon as your dates are set. In high season, from December to April, the best villas, boats and tables go first, and two to four weeks ahead is a sensible minimum. Outside those months, a week is often enough.
- Do you work with resorts as well as villas?
- Yes. Whether you stay in a private villa or an all-inclusive resort, we arrange what happens around it: transfers, days at sea, tables outside the resort and celebrations.
- What if our plans change during the stay?
- Tell us and we rearrange it: tables, boats, drivers and timings are changed on your behalf, so you do not spend part of your holiday on the phone.
- How are your services priced?
- Every stay is different, so each request is quoted on its own, with the details agreed before anything is confirmed. Airport transfers are the exception: their rates are published on our transport page.
